Ruby
The Ruby Module: Sensing the World
The Ruby module detects the environment through sound and analyzes the collected data. Two microphones are used to measure sound intensity in the audible range and estimate the direction of its source. The ultrasonic distance sensor is used to detect objects in front of the module and estimate their distance. Collected information can be displayed with an LED array or forwarded to other modules.
