Presentations at UL

The GEMS project was presented to educators at the University of Ljubljana, including staff from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Education. The presentations targeted educators interested in integrating GEMS educational hardware and associated MOOC materials into their courses.

Although the GEMS servomotor and robotic systems were originally developed for mechatronics education, the project results demonstrated broader applicability across a wide range of subjects, including manufacturing technologies and systems, physics, mathematics, and environmental studies.

The project outcomes received positive feedback from the academic community. In particular, the equipment sharing and reuse framework attracted strong interest, highlighting its potential to support wider adoption and increased engagement with GEMS resources in the near future.
